In order to invest in the EQUI Fund, investors will have to be an Accredited Investor. This involves two stages:
1. Investors will provide evidence of their identity (i.e. “Know Your Client” – KYC) and information on their source of funds (i.e. “Anti-Money Laundering” – AML).
2. Investors will also have to self-certify that they are a Sophisticated Investor (dependent on jurisdiction) prior to investment with EQUI.
